Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders placed by telephone or via email are usually despatched to arrive to customers within 5 working days. During the busy Christmas period, we will advise you if there are likely to be any small delays. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
Standard Delivery
Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 working days. Postage costs will be confirmed per delivery address.
Next Day Delivery
If you require your jewels urgently please call us on +61 (7) 3358 6880 and we can take your order details over the phone and ensure that you receive your goods within 2 working days. This guarantees delivery of your order next day, providing your order is received by us before 12 noon. Based on orders within Australia. Postage costs will be confirmed per delivery address.
Overseas Delivery
Overseas postage is charged at cost. Delivery times may vary, please allow 7-14 days. If you would like to place an order from overseas please call us on +61 (7) 3358 6880 or fax on +61 (7) 3358 6880.
For all our deliveries a signature may be required.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of invoice. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a credit note, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. *Unfortunately, for hygiene purposes earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Making Returns
Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorisation Reference number by emailing via this form. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorisation Reference number on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted. If you prefer, you can contact us at the offi ce and we’ll be happy to talk you through our returns procedure, simply call +61 (7) 3358 6880.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Payment and Taxes
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard & Amex. All transactions are shown in AUD. Nominated exchange rates can be calculated upon confi rmation of order. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in AUD (Australian Dollars). Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Availability
We endeavour to display throughout this website all items in our current range. If items that you order are out of stock or subject to a delay we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity.
Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us via this form before placing an order. A Contract between the customer and Chelsea De Luca Pty Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
Product Representation
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of our jewels is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
